Returns & Exchanges

At Coco & Lola, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchange on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn and in original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop your package at any authorized postal location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
